| Teaching situation shows that due to various reasons, the difference among the student’s chemistry learning is very large, sometimes even spawns the serious statified phenomenon, and brings about bad influence of the students’ all-round development. Therefore, basing on the student’s learning differences, determining the corresponding teaching mode, changing the difference between the students into available teaching resources, and teaching students according to their aptitude are the needs of teaching practice and the needs of the development of students.Based on the theoretical analysis and practical exploration, we put forward stratified cooperative teaching mode,and the aim of the mode is to reduce or eliminate the statified phenomenon of the grade one high school students. In addition that I defined the connotation of the model and illustrated the function of the model.The main characteristics of the stratified cooperative teaching mode as follows:(1)The important teaching goal is to eliminate stratified phenomenon.(2)The activity subject form is the layered-cooperation learning group.(3) The main teaching strategies are the hierarchy problem design and heuristics.(4)The mode is concerned about the in the process and individual evaluation.Meanwhile we think the layered-cooperation teaching mode has no fixed activity programs, but has the following organic elements:learn sentiment diagnosis, aim, task design, grouping cooperation, problem-based inspire, feedback evaluation. On the basis of analysis of characteristics of these elements, we also give some specific implementation of the operation strategy and certain cases. In the teaching practice, we should base on the specific statified phenomenon and reason of the students, for flexible combination.We also carry a one-year teaching practice. Through teaching observation, questionnaire, interview, homework was analyzed by means of the model, the scientific, feasibility and effectiveness, etc was investigated. Achievements haye: (1)The student’s ability to solve chemical problems that were measured before and stratified cooperative teaching pattern can be:to improve students’ability to solve problems, to improve the students’ chemical study result, can be reduced, eliminate students stratified.(2) Through the student to classroom learning of students observations of behavior scale observations of behavior classroom study that cooperative teaching mode:layered with each student’s positive impact classroom learning behavior, can improve students’ classroom all learning effect.(3) Stratified cooperative teaching mode can enhance students’ learning interest and chemical motives.(4) Stratified cooperative teaching model can improve the high student cooperation ability and interpersonal skills. |
