| The purpose of construct sports service system in Jiangsu Province is to optimize the allocation of resources of rural sports, meet the needs of fanners and improve the physical fitness of the overall quality of farmers. It’s an important protection to rural sports to build a service system of rural sports in accordance with the current social development in Jiangsu Province. Therefore, we are supposed to establish an evaluation scale of service system of rural sports to continuously improve the service system of rural sports according to the dynamic characteristics of the rural sports service system.In this paper, we use several kinds of scientific research methods, such as the method of documents and data, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and so on, and get the following conclusions from three different angles of the farmers, the government and farmers and the government:1. In recent years, a number of policies and regulations on rural sports are made out in Jiangsu Province, but really very little of them are to the grassroots in rural areas, mainly out of touch is in the rural—rural. Therefore, the main factor of constraint the rural sports is that the rural sports system is not perfect, in Jiangsu Province2. As the sports facilities of National Fitness Project is the foundation and single-oriented, resulting in most of the rural sports activities form of organization are "consistent" and "unified" mainly basketball, jogging and other project-based,. which is lack of features and innovation,3. In Jiangsu Province, the per capita income of farmers increased year by year, but farmers’consumer awareness of sports are not strong which mainly because the concept of health physical of fanners is not strong, and at the same time, the village’s promotion of sports and health is bad. In addition, sports population in rural areas is low, only8.50%, similar to sports population is only14.38%.4. The vast majority of rural grassroots in Jiangsu Province are lack of physical guidance personnel which severely restricts the initiative of farmers to participate in sports and hinder the rural grassroots sports activities.5. In the ten years after the General Administration of Sports of China Presented 《2001-2010sports Reform and Development Program》, it had not been established a service system of rural sports in Jiangsu Province for their own development of evaluation.Recommended1. Strengthening of rural sports management system, promoting and implementing policy of three areas of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou to put the sports work into examination content of township government in province-wide, strengthening to implement rural sports policies and regulations in rural areas.2. Accelerate the introduction of rural sports talent to ensure rural grass-roots sports and farmers to do physical exercise. In order to prominent activities and innovation characteristics of rural sports, we can also implement the Huai an mode that social sports instructor training on rural village officials in Jiangsu Province.3. Strengthen the publicity work of rural sports, making villagers to learn monthly physical and health knowledge and regulations and policies of sports, improving awareness of physical exercise of farmers and the scientific concept of the sports consumption, guiding farmers to form a consciousness of lifelong sports.4. Strengthen cooperation and exchanges between village and civil society or grassroots enterprises of sports. Strengthen cooperation between the rural areas, the government and the community.5. Invest with the human, material and financial by the different levels according to the differences in regional development and income levels in Jiangsu Province, input high in developing areas and input low in developed areas. |
