The Research On Rural Sports Service System Of HuBei Province In New Period

Based on the current reality of the development of rural economy,society and rural sports in HuBei province, this article did analysis and study on the two side by using the methods of literature study,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and so on. On one hand, the research on the sports requirement of rural residents of HuBei province. On the other hand, the research on rural Sports service system of HuBei province.The sports requirement of rural residents is the basis for the construction of the rural sports service system of Hubei province. The results of study reveal that the sports requirement of rural residents in Hubei province are showing a diversified development trend. there are both low level survival sports demand and high level development-enjoyment sports demand. But the contradictions between the severe shortage of the supplyment on the basic sports service and sports guarantee and the expansionary growing demand of the rural residents have long inhibited the development of rural sports. Therefore, to build rural sports service system becomes the primary way to achieve the all-round development of rural sports in Hubei province.Through survey and interview with experts,this paper established a basic framework and a doubie-deck concentric circular theoretic model which took performance system as the center, took scientific service system,administrative system,social supportive system,evaluation and supervision system,policies and regulations system as the support. It also did functional analysis to the system. In addition, combined with experts advice, this article initially formulated an index system of the rural sports service system of HuBei province, Which included 6 first grade indexes, 17 second grade indexes, 66 third grade indexes, And explaned the basic connotation of the indexes. meanwhile, the paper discussed the main features,affective factors and development trend of rural sports services system. Finally, it proposed corresponding measures in light of actual conditions.
