Junior secondary education is one of the critical periods of quality education, including physical education is an important component of quality education. So do a good job of physical education during this period, the full implementation of quality education is particularly important. Improve the quality of teaching in junior high school sports can not do without high-quality physical education teachers, and high-quality physical education teachers can not do without a high-quality service education. The after employment education of Middle school PE teachers is different from basic education and academic education, it is intended to charge for junior high school physical education teachers to improve the ideological and political quality of teachers, professional quality and teaching ability of a service education. Therefore, studying the current middle school PE teachers education, the aim is to build a high quality, thick foundation, and strong team of PE teachers for basic education reform and development, basic education for achieving the strategic objectives proposed, Strengthen and improve physical education in secondary schools is significant.The main use of literature, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis and other research methods in sixty-eight high schools,400junior high school physical education teachers and24administrative leadership of the school in Anhui, carried out a systematic investigation. We are in the course of the study in Anhui Province, after junior high school education of PE teachers conducted a questionnaire survey and system analysis, the basic situation on the current middle school PE teachers in Anhui, and the status of the post of education have a more comprehensive understanding of the theory, and according to these studies data make the post of physical education teachers to improve education countermeasures.Through the research we found, the age structure, educational structure, title structure of the middle school PE teachers in Anhui province is reasonable, but the level of the foreign languages and computer skills is significantly lower; the concept of after employment education of Junior high school PE teachers in Anhui is behind; The physical education teachers of middle school in Anhui participate in the content of the post of the lack of specific and practical methods; Training mode is unreasonable, not scientific; Service education to carry out the situation with a clear urban-rural differences, regional differences, the larger imbalance of development; Formal appraisal, the lack of authenticity, evaluation mechanisms, unsatisfactory; Much relevant literature, a lack of theoretical research.Therefore, this study based on the analysis in the investigation made the following policy recommendations:Improve the ideology and establish a correct concept of education; Good service education research project to determine pre-feasibility studies, to ensure that the post of educational content to determine relevance, practical, and advanced; Provide the necessary time; multiple channels to raise funds to provide security service education; to further improve the supervision of education, incentives of PE teachers; establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation of PE teachers education system.
