In this paper, the northern Jiangsu province rural middle school of fine arts curriculum resources for research object, including phase of junior high school and senior high school stage, and author in Xuzhou area is to focus on the case. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey, individual interview and investigation, survey of Jiangsu province countryside way and configuration of the teaching resources. Survey is divided into three areas:northern jiangsu province rural middle schools, northern jiangsu municipal secondary school and south jiangsu rural middle schools of jiangsu province (city schools and southern jiangsu rural middle schools and make contrast), according to the material that a relatively real data, thus more truely reflect rural northern jiangsu province fine arts course resources situation:The art of jiangsu province countryside education infrastructure configuration is relatively backward, teaching equipment, lack of crude full-time art teacher, teaching method is seldom use multimedia technology, the old class; But at the same time because regional reason, social resources and the natural resources are abundant, there are part of the local high school the writing of the books is worth learning. The middle school and the northern and southern Jiangsu countryside, the reference is paying attention to quality education, are fine arts resource allocation comparatively perfect. The third part according to investigation data and interview andinvestigation to find the influential in the teaching of art should try education reason: the lingering impact of the stubborn, leading to the many education workers focused too much on discipline on the test subjects all standard, give priority to, the function of art education can’t receive due attention, society is art education workers even to art education I attitude is not correct, think of fine arts course open dispensable, not to recognize the role of art education; Second is the art education insufficient capital investment in education in recent years, with the Numbers to contrast that financial input. The author in the last part of the article, and advances some corresponding solving methods, including improve school hardware facilities, improving teachers’ quality. use regional characteristics team development of local resource three aspects.
