Xilinguole Meng,which is located in the North of China, central theInner Mongolia Autonomous Region, resident of Xilinhaote city, is thedevelopment of Western Frontier. With the progress of the society, theXilinguole Meng early childhood education also had certain development,but the kindergarten teachers’ own quality still has not beenfundamentally improved, preschool teachers’ professional level and earlychildhood education development requirements of high-quality teachersformed contradiction. The continuing education is the school educationafter all members of society, especially the adult education activities, isan important part of lifelong learning system. In our country the systemof teacher education, preschool teachers’ continuing education is the needto pay special attention to the important domain, it is cogent improveteachers quality and effective means, is also building a kindergartenteachers in important ways. Therefore, It has the important theorysignificance and the practical significance for Xilinguole Meng minoritynationality preschool teachers’ Continuing Education attention andresearch.The author through access to relevant domestic and foreignpreschool teachers’ Continuing Education in the related literature, the infant teachers continuing education and the concept of home and abroadabout the preschool teachers’ continuing education research undertookcombing, combined with practical, using the method of questionnaire andinterview, on Xilinguole Meng minority nationality preschool teachers’Continuing Education in the current situation investigation. Through theanalysis of Xilinguole Meng minority nationality preschool teachers’continuing education present situation, discusses the preschool teachers’Continuing Education in the existing problems and reasons, and putsforward some suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts:Part1: introduction. Elaborated the selected topic reason andresearch purposes, methods..part2:the domestic and foreign related to continuing education andcontinuing education of teachers of preschool education research arerelevant commentary.Part3:through the analysis of survey data and interview data, onXilinguole Meng Minority Preschool Teachers’ continuing education areanalyzed, and to explore the current existing main problems and reasons.At present the main problems are: school and kindergarten teachers tocontinue education understanding does not reach the designated position; infant teachers continuing education curriculum neglected the teachingskills and teaching skills; infant teachers continuing education teachingmode is single; infant teachers continuing education evaluation methodbecomes a mere formality; continuing education from the XilinguoleMeng national teachers practical. The main cause of these problemsmainly include: infant teachers continuing education target orientationdeviation; relevant government policy and financial support strength isnot great; continuing education training management mechanism.Part4:raise Xilinguole Meng national infant teachers continuingeducation a few strategy. Establish a national infant teachers continuingeducation new idea; to strengthen national infant teachers continuingeducation policy and funding support; promote the infant teacherscontinuing education curriculum content integration, resource; promotethe infant teachers continuing education training way diversity; establishreasonable national infant teachers continuing education evaluationsystem. This is intended for the educational administrative departments atall levels and teacher training institutions for infant teachers continuingeducation to provide some meaningful for practice opinion, promoteethnic preschool teachers’ continuing education work effective.
