The modern information society is calling people to have higherwriting skills. However, the writing education present situation oflanguage teaching in secondary school is worrying, which is the mostcrucial of writing ability cultivation. Since its implementation in newround of curriculum reform, the reform of writing teaching is stillunable to reach breakthrough progress.The reason is that the writingteaching professional literacy of chinese language teachers isrelatively low. Through the sampling investigation to languageteachers of wenzhou secondary school, it is found that the knowledgestructure and ability structure of writing teaching teachers are notsatisfactory. Research and innovation are relatively weak.The powersystem needs to be strengthened.Language teachers have responsibility and obligation to enhancethe writing teaching effect, to accumulat comprehensive and thick writing teaching professional literacy. The professional literacy consistof three subsystems, such as professional cordiality, professionalknowledge, professional ability. Professional cordiality is source,professional knowledge is foundation, professional ability is theexternalization of professional cordiality and professional knowledge.Under the guidance of the spirit of new curriculum reform, andunder the enlightenment of teachers’ professional development phasetheory, it is considered that the writing teaching independently set upbranch is feasible. Chinese teachers lifelong reading,writing practiceand action research will effectively improve the writing teaching literacyof language teachers. Based on the reality basis and theoretical basis offour strategys, the clear model of promotion strategys have builtd.Theyare expected to withstand the practice test, and explore a way for theascension of language teachers’writing teaching literacy.
