There is a big difference between vocational colleges and universities in the traditional sense in terms of moral education course objectives, course content and curriculum implementation. Facing with the demands of vocational college students on ethics education and moral practice, it is high time that we improved the standard of professional ethics and moral education practice wisdom for vocational college students.The logical print of the research is based on moral education curriculums of universities in traditional sense. Through the comparison of moral education characteristics between vocational colleges and common universities, we may draw the conclusion that there exists difference in origins, responsibilities of missions, moral education content structures, and training methods between the two kinds of school. So it is necessary to separate moral education for vocational colleges form universities’moral education, and to develop distinctive moral education curriculums for vocational colleges.In the specific development of colleges moral curriculums, analyzing form the necessity of sustained and healthy development for vocational college, the enterprise’s demand for high quality talent, and the need from present situation of vocational college students’ ethics, this research talks about the character that the goal of vocational college moral education should integrate with professional factors. Also it emphasizes it’s both important to develop moral education practical knowledge and intelligence, and moral education reflection is together with professional ethic development.At the same time, under the guide of vocational college curriculum objectives, the research discussed how to choose and organize the curriculum, proposing that the choices of moral education course content should be based on ideological and political education, and should turn in the direction of career life. Also we should take into account of the characters of moral education for vocational colleges. The organization forms for moral education practice should under the guide of career planning, regard professional ethics as the main content, and enhance the practice of moral education courses.In addition, the research discussed the organization forms of moral education curriculum practice and modes on the level of operation, coming up with the ways to implementing diversity in order to cultivate students’morality, direct the effective moral education practice and create exploitative practical atmosphere. Meanwhile, we build up three kinds of moral education practice modes, which are moral education test, behavior moral education and school-enterprise cooperation. In order to enhance professional direction and combine learning with moral practice, we can make use of the strength of schools. We can also finish the practice of vocational college moral education curriculum by integrating with enterprises’culture.A complete curriculum developmental process of moral education for vocational college also includes the evaluation. The evaluation orientation of moral education curriculum should follow employability, human nature curriculum evaluation, developing moral curriculum evaluation. Meanwhile, we should make the evaluation in accordance with moral education course objective evaluation, course content evaluation and implementation effect evaluation.
