Higher vocational education is an indispensable portion of China higher education. The sustainable development and the advancement of management level of higher vocational colleges are being viewed as the positive driving force in talents cultivation and social development. The development of higher vocational colleges indicates the vital importance of the raise of school strength and social conformity, and then putting forward effective and reasonable development strategies and measures are the key to enhancing education effects.After learning foreign advanced education experiences, this thesis is based on the study of domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges’characteristics, analyzing the education pressures and challenges inside and outside of Jiangxi Province, achieving feedback archetypes of Jiangxi provincial higher vocational colleges. The formation and its relations of casual chains have been detailedly explained by various factors from students, teachers, administrators, industries and governments. Three targeted management strategies have been proposed, accomplishing the abatement of negative feedback loop and realizing the continuous development of feedback loop in negative point. This paper studies several cases on the basis of the analyses of Jiangxi Provincial education conditions. Combing cases and analyzing data, three targeted management strategies have been strongly supported, which joins feedback archetypes as well as its analyses. Theoretical research could initially be put into practice effectively with certain effects. The main jobs can be summarized as follows:Combining current education situations inside and outside of Jiangxi Provincial higher vocational colleges, the differences of school modes have been analyzed and contrasted on the basis of understanding the school characteristics of higher vocational colleges of various domestic and foreign developed countries; the analyses of three development bottlenecks feedback archetypes have been established. Meanwhile, three management countermeasures have been proposed in terms of government-aided target positioning system in higher vocational colleges, enterprise cooperation target responsibility system in running higher vocational colleges, teacher specializing in quality talents target responsibility system. Sustainable development of higher vocational colleges inside and outside of Jiangxi Province could come true by means of analyzing management countermeasures.With the use of cases, the thesis studies the effects and results of case teaching. Development bottlenecks feedback archetypes have been put into case study in accordance with data analysis of school satisfaction, business combination with school, and teacher participation, which puts forward the specialty of feedback archetypes analysis existed in case study and further explores management countermeasures, initially directing school education using analytic results and receiving good effects.The thesis introduces basic-mode analysis and innovative research idea as well as method for these problems existed in Jiangxi provincial higher vocational colleges by combining the current situations of Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Information Application, which is to discuss and deliberate some front problems in the growth of higher vocational colleges. Furthermore, some more detailed cases concerning with Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Information Application have been studied in this paper, a preliminary analysis on the effect of implementing the corresponding object has been in progress. Therefore, the guiding role of system dynamics and feedback archetypes analysis theory in school management system of higher vocational colleges has been proved.
