The Study On The Rationality Of The Existence Of Private School In The Stage Of Compulsory Education

With the development of society and economy, people needs more and more high quality education resources.Developing high quality education is not only the need for people,but also the Main responsibilities of the government.For more than half a century,in order to enhance the whole nation’s scientific culture quality, the country have done so much,just as promoting the compulsory education,extending the periods of compulsory education,reforming education.As the main channel of education, public education have made great contributions in improving national scientific culture quality. However, since the implementation of market economy, only opening public schools to unify the whole country is difficult to adapt to the variety of needs for education.Public education is started by the government.During the period of compulsory education,its aim is the pursuit of unity.Both the education content and the training objectives are uniform. The school management and evaluation mostly see entrance examination as the first goal. Public schools are more concerned about students’ general development,aiming at cultivating the basic quality of the qualified citizens,and can hardly pay close attention to students’ personality and ensure the full development. The student is a living individual, having a different character, quality and education demand.It is very difficult for the public education to make each student get unique characteristic education.Nowadays, every family has almost only one child,and parents concern much about children’s education, hoping that their child gets good development through receiving high quality education.However,beacause of the reduction of students, public schools are facing the crisis of mergered and revoked. In this case, the discussion of the private school are particularly important. This paper have made a preliminary research in the rationality of the existence of private school, we hope that we can further promote the development of private education through verification. We can make private education as an effective supplement of the public education,and make greater contribution to the development of education in our country.
