Whether functional theory or conflict theory, the role of education in social stratification can not be denied. In the process of social stratification, from the microscopic sense, education is the main influencing factors of individual jobs, from a macro sense, education is the basis for division of the personal and professional level. Has changed a lot since the reform and development of China’s social class structure, the formation of a new social class, occupation is divided based on the social stratification of the way and gradually replace the old division of political status, account status based way between the various sectors of the lifestyle, economic conditions, the boundaries between the difference of interest and identity become increasingly evident.
