At present, along with the school ’s role and the value of a growing, society and peopleon the school also became more and more concern and attention, at the same time, whethereducators or managers on the school ’s own development is more of a passion of heart, hopethe school can improve the efficiency of national and social services. Based on thisbackground and the current problems of thinking, especially school effectiveness and schoolproblems such as lack of vitality is low, increasing school autonomy is a good medicine."National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan" was noted in"advancing the political school separated separating" and" implementation and expansion ofschool running autonomy", these two policy reflects the government to improve the schoolautonomy is positive. At the same time, a modern principals should have his own idea ofrunning a school and school tailored, unique mode, thus, school autonomy is essential.Therefore, our studies on school autonomy, in times of transition under the background ofcontemporary schools, self development, self-renewal, self-improvement and importantproblem.The paper is to solve the problems including the following four aspects: first, whetherthe school is independent; second school autonomy is anything, including autonomy andschool autonomy and the concept of school autonomy form; third, why does school need forautonomy; fourth, how to realize the school autonomy, this requires the school handled threerelations, one is school and individual (school stakeholders) relationship, two is therelationship between the school and the external environment, and finally a relationship is theschool and the school ’s own relation, through what kind of means to ensure and realize theschool ’s independent development, its core content is the school’s internal management.The basic structure and argument order and appeal of four corresponding to, first of allfrom the" autonomy" proceed with, through the independent meaning origin can be found,autonomy is the body has an attribute, the attribute allows an organism to will decide theirown things, as society the school also has its own autonomy, it shows the school’s relativeindependence and individuality vitality, on the other hand, school autonomy is a sufficienttheoretical basis and practical support, finally, school autonomy realization needs to deal withschool and individual, society and oneself between the three relationship.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into three parts. The first partbriefly discusses the autonomy of etymology and meaning, and profited from its in philosophy,humanity and life science meaning, through independent concept that school autonomy concept, and briefly outlines the composition. The second part analyzes the school autonomytheory basis and realistic basis. The third part through the demonstration schools and social,individual, the relationship between the three, the school only to deal well with therelationship between these three aspects can realize the school’s independent development.
