Based on the results of research on the theories of Organizational Climate, Group Dynamies, Learning Motivation and Learning Attitude, the thesis aims to know what the classroom environmental climate and the learning attitudes of students of junior middles school in Daqing are like, mainly by using Questionnaire Survey. Middle school students are chosen to receive test. And valid samples add up to1040. Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis are brought in to analyze the samples.The research then concentrates on the relationship between the classroom management style and the classroom environmental climate; the classroom management style and the learning attitudes of students; the classroom environmental climate and the learning attitudes of students. It provides theoretical basis for students to cultivate a good learning attitude and enjoy a happy school life and then to grow happy. What’s more, it helps to give reference to teachers of junior middle schools to direct their daily work.
