In recent years, with the development of Internet and the information technology, physics experiment teaching reform becomes a hotspot of the reform of school teaching. The physics experiment teaching reform advocates open physics experiment teaching, integrates the information technology with the research study, open physics laboratory, let students make the most use of the resource of laboratory and internet, with the help of teachers, students study independent in order to cultivate the inaugurate spirit of the students. This article use the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and teaching methodology as background, analyze the status of traditional experiment teaching and the characteristic of open teaching model, base on the constructivism learning theory, design the Internet teaching circumstances circling learning of students. Mainly include the design of learning circumstances, the design of learning activity and the design of information resource. The importance is the design of learning circumstances, following the principle of practicability and general applicability, design and make an open experiment teaching platform based on web. Contents include: teaching call-board, experiment booking and management, score querying and management, experiment material management and discuss section. Its characteristic is using more convenient and more interactive. The mainly purpose of designing this teaching platform is to helping students to construct knowledge, at the same time, we also need to consider the application of teaching target and teaching tactics. This article detailed analyzes these factors, and reflect every part of this teaching platform.
