With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum in the new era, not only forteachers to put forward higher requirements, and more related to the efficiency ofclassroom teaching, but also a deeper and more detailed requirements.This makes oureducators to improve their professionalism, but also should be a lot of effort into ourteaching practice.However, the face of this form, the author surveys found that mostof the subjects teachers are actively involved in curriculum reform, the use of newteaching mode, constantly changing the traditional teaching modes of teaching in theongoing exploration, although encountered some setbacks, and ultimately achievedmore desirable than ever teaching model teaching effectiveness, greatly improving theefficiency of classroom teaching.But our IT courses compared with other basicsubjects and are not involved in the entrance examination, reason also makes schoolsand teachers can not be great attention.For this situation, I hope to be able to pass toimprove the efficiency of IT courses, to promote and enhance the primary IT positionin the other disciplines, the past and let the status of the IT courses to continuouslyimprove.Accompanied by the development of a new era, more and more the concept of thefamily constantly updated, one child is more common, which makes the nextgeneration of children is very easy to form the phenomenon of "self-centered, notgood at communicating with othersAt the same time, the new era has increasinglyfocused on the spirit of cooperation with others, which makes a new era of childrenwill be faced with the challenge of a new era.We say:"Education is the training theservice personnel of human society.", So, in the face of the new era, new tasks to oureducation.In summary, from personal development, social development, our education, weall need such an education model, namely the group cooperative learning.As a result, the author first study conducted group cooperation theory,constructivist theory, motivation theory,"Recently, the theoretical basis of theDevelopment Area" theory, social cohesion theory describes the group cooperativelearning is indeed based on a large number of learning theorybased on more scientific,effective and reasonable mode of teaching.Moreover, it is confirmed the moreeffective teaching, learning mode, so I chose such an effective mode of learning,trying to learn through group cooperation mode, speaking recently to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, fromlong-term perspective, it can be to train a groupof new talent for the new era.In this paper, the author mainly through conversation with the IT teachersTengzhou City Experimental Primary School in Shandong Province, and through thesite lectures, observe and understand the status of teachers teaching mode, andstudents learning, and through a series of classroom teaching experiment in theschool.thus confirming the group cooperative learning is indeed better than thetraditional teaching model has certain advantages, not only improve the efficiency ofthe students ’classroom lectures, and strengthen exchanges between the students, theexercise the students’ ability to express, so that they can be better with peoplecooperation.Teaching practice also encountered some difficulties, for example, began amore difficult organization, teaching efficiency is not obvious difficulties, but afterone semester of culture, the students finally adapted to the classroom atmosphere, notonly to learn more.and also the process of exercise, working with people, the spirit ofhuman music.The students begin to know how to share their knowledge with others,not only to help others, but also exercise and improve their abilities.
