The comprehensive medical educational objectives has been aimed at improving the overall quality focused on the promotion of rational optimization of quality structure of medical professionals. Therefore, the optimization of the curriculum is critical in the process of training medical professionals. At present, the adult higher medical education in China has the tendency of "general education". Its teaching plan, curriculum, teaching materials, teaching content, and teaching progress are the same as the mode of general education. Therefore, according to the market and the needs of society, it is important to set up and design scientific and reasonable and courses combined with the "adult undergraduate" student characteristics.This study will mainly take the students in the Department of Adult Education of Qinghai University Medical College for the study subject, combined with relevant research results of adult medical education at home and abroad. and obtain first-hand information for this study through extensive research, the personal practice of teaching management, actively collecting information through field visits, observation of nature, holding lectures, individual interviews, teacher and student communication, surveys, and other means. By analyzing the first-hand information scientifically, comprehensively discuss the situation and problems on adult college level curriculum for clinical medicine specialty in medical education and propose appropriate solutions. particularly to discuss whether the curriculum can enhance the in-depth reform of the professional abilities of students of adult education, and make the appropriate policy.Establish an oriented curriculum concept of adult higher medical education based on professional ability, construct a set of quality-oriented education as the core, enhance students’featuring of adult undergraduate curriculum for clinical medicine specialty in higher medical education system. The courses system will reform and innovate the courses, explore an idea according to "Trinity", check deficiency trap, optimize courses structure. As the reform fas pilot principles, the study will integrate clinical medicine courses of undergraduate for3theory modules (public basic courses, professional basic courses, and specialties), expanding one practice courses module, adding one elective courses module, and building a courses system of adult high medical education of clinical medicine. That will develop and modify the existing adult undergraduate curriculum for clinical medicine specialty in higher medical education and provide a frame of reference, so as to enable a comprehensive all-round and high levels of business-savvy medical personnel, improve the quality and level of medical and health services.
