Medical moral is a core element to access medical personnel’s professional ethnics. It can not only evaluate level of medical service, but also achieve Chinese dream that everyone enjoys health security. And it can promote to build health security system. Medical moral education is lifelong education for doctor or medical students.The educational aim for postgraduate education of clinical medicine is to foster a real doctor. The professional direction is becoming a clinician. With the development of professional degree education in China, postgraduate education of clinical medicine will become a backbone in medical field, a vanguard in medical ethnics. In 2012, department of education states that the comprehensive reform in medical education should promote professional ethnics and clinical practice ability of medical students; on Nov.27th,2014, Keqiang Li, the Premier of the State Council, and Guiren Yuan, Chinese education secretary, pointed out that government should strengthen medical ethnics education, evaluation of medical ethnics among medical students, and self-evaluation, self-monitoring. Thus, to enhance medical ethnics education is the most important issue for training clinical students.This paper based on other literatures which relate to medical ethnics education, postgraduate education of clinical medicine education. And it combines text research with case study to analyze medical ethnic education in postgraduate education of clinical medicine, find problems in medical ethnic education and come up with solutions. There are five parts in this paper.The first part is introduction. This part explains why the author chose this topic, introduces the necessity and realistic significance of the topic, build technical route. For the second part, author gives some conceptions in this paper, such as postgraduate education of clinical medicine education and medical ethnic education. Based on kohlberg’s moral theory and Dewey’s thoughts of sociology of education, author analyzes the relationship between medical ethics and postgraduate education of clinical medicine education. The third part is case studies, including the current situation of the medical ethics education in seventeen colleges and status survey in Chongqing. What’s more, author analyzes the problems and its causes. The forth part put forward a module (service-learning) to build a new way for medical ethnics within education, study, doing and evaluation and access the effect of the new module. The last part is concluding which contains innovations and limitations.With the development of postgraduate education of clinical medicine education and the changing of source of students, medical ethnic education needs more changes. Medical education reform and the changing of health conception give a huge challenge to medical ethnic education. It is a fundamental solution to protect medical talents which based on personnel training and realities requires, and build an effective way for medical ethnic education.
