Clinical medicine’s major task is to cultivate clinical doctor,clinicians to cultivate good relations with the development of the society as a whole. Cultivate a group of professional theory of solid, skilled, clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of clinical doctors is the goal of each medical colleges and universities. At present, our country’s economy developing rapidly, and medical treatment and medical level is relatively backward, meet people’s increasing demand for medical and health conditions and the long-term in a relatively backward western medical level, the contradiction of the medical and health undertakings in our country at present stage is the main contradiction. Medical if you want to have a great development, talent cultivation is the key. Education mode reform is an important part of the reform of the formal colleges and universities. Medical colleges in training high quality medical students, to explore a suitable for their own development path.In this paper, by way of case study to the five-year undergraduate curriculum of Harbin medical university clinical medical situation, through the review of related literature at home and abroad, draw lessons from top colleges and universities the reform experience of Chinese and western medicine, according to previous research results and the status quo of the school,for clinical medicine professional clinical course integration scheme. By way of questionnaire survey students and teachers’ opinion, is the specific content of each index and weight set of consulting related experts, by use of Excel 2003 and SPSS statistical software, respectively statistics and analysis of the results of the two rounds of survey. Through practice and listen to expert opinion, and constantly modify and perfect. Put forward the five-year undergraduate clinical medicine clinical basic framework and contents of the curriculum, identified nine system module as the center, clinical professional foundation courses and professional courses and graduation practice module, the combination of quality education and the integration of structure, eliminates the previous course content between old and repeat problems such as unclear, unknown, coherent, further make up the deficiency of clinical education, conform to the actual demand, for the future which will provide referential basis for the clinical medical education work. In the process of the research of this topic further reflected the school working emphasis on curriculum integration, is advantageous to the construction of the course of clinical medicine to more in-depth and more sustainable direction.
