Employees’competency model, is a modle which gathers together the mainqualities what a position needs. Each enterprise regards its business objectives as theprimary goal of struggle, and any strategic planning and implementation process indsidethe company should support the realization of the target of the management, so in orderto better help enterprise in the search for appropriate personnel to complete themanagement goal, at the same time, to provide positive driving force for the futuredevelopment of enterprises, more and more enterprises have begun to pay attention tothe effects of employees’competency model, and to establish and develop thecompetency model. Because on the other hand, through the application of the model,the internal personnel in the enterprise will also obtain development and training of theirrelated abilities.In a competitive market, the enterprise have to form their own corecompetitiveness, whose realization surely must rely on a number of employees whohave the ideal, have the ambition, and have the core competence. Therefore, the corecompetence of employees plays a crucial role in realizing enterprise’s corecompetitiveness. So, the enterprise should find the helpful behavior and ability foroperation results by scientific method, then building and training the correspondingcapacity, and finally establish the employees’competency model to understand whatkind of employees will be more suitable to survive in the enterprises, and be able tosupport the survival and development of enterprises。Along with the continuously increase and rapid development of national privatecolleges, private colleges are facing the students resource competition and survivalpressure,and the situation becomes increasingly fierce.As is known to all, the essenceof enterprise competition is actually talents competition.This thesis taks C college as anexample. In order to seek long-term sustainable development in private colleges, topractice their own school concept, and to achieve the predicted teaching goal, C collegemust realize that construction and training of teachers plays an important role in school’s development in the future. That how to recruit, train, promote and evaluateteachers, really confused many managers of private colleges. Employees’competencymodel could provide effective support for enterprise in personnel recruitment, staffevaluation, promotion and other aspects. And competency model have been widelyused and recognized at home and abroad. This paper will discuss theemployees’competency model of key positions in C college, emphasizing to help Ccollege looking for those factors related to employee’s individual qualities,which help toimprove the performance of the college, learning how to establish and training thosequalities schedulely, building the employees’competency model of key positions,andestablishing a set of benchmarking reference system, at the same time, establishing thestaff training system based on the model.
