The Employment Of University Graduates Ideological And Political Education Research

College graduates are the main force of the national modernization and social development, being the valuable human resources of our country. In this day and age, along with the popularization of the higher education, on the one hand, college graduates face the severe employment situation; On the other hand, the graduates are influenced by the ideological trend and social cultural, which make them have some sorts of ideological and political problems. The graduates are in the period of transforming from the school to the society, and are in their significant time to establish and explore their life career. At this time, the influence on the graduates from social ethos and current situations increases dramatically. At present, some of the graduates have certain political problems when hunting for jobs, because the present education is not adapted to the current situations and have some weak points. The employment of college graduates work is of great significance for our country, and the ideological and political education for college graduates is the key part of it.Take the landscape architecture college of Sichuan agricultural university for example, using the empirical research method of sociological analysis, and on the basis of the education problem of the employments of college graduates, we mainly adopts the questionnaire investigation method. And we use the landscape architecture classes of2011,2012in Sichuan agricultural university and100landscape companies in Chongqing and Sichuan regions as samples, we deeply understand the first hand materials, and carefully analyze the ideological and political education problems and causes for our graduates.These researches demonstrate that graduates are overall optimistic and positive in the aspect of the ideological and political condition, and they have faith in future social economic situation. They can combine the national development needs with the development of the industry requirements well in order to establish their own professional ideal career goals, moreover, they can correctly deal with the employment problems and display the courage and independence of the contemporary college students. While some of the graduates have certain ideological and political problems, mainly displays in:1.obscure professional beliefs;2. utilitarian tendency in values;3. serious double moral standard phenomenon;4unclear self cognitive and distorted self assessment;5. imbalance between the job market supply and demand in the professional quality. This article is on the basis of the ideological and political education problems of the college graduates, taking the landscape architecture college of Sichuan agricultural university for example, we have investigated and studied the existing problems of the college graduates, analyzing the weak points of the ideological and political education work. According to the thought of "three-dimensional moral education " and combine the work of ideological and political education work among graduates employment,we put forward to taking the ideological and political education of graduates as the key point, constructing the training system of "students-schools-companies", expecting to provide general methods for ideological and political education of college graduates as reference.
