Research objective: This study selected track and field training center in LiaoningProvince Elite Race Walkers20(10men and women) used as the experimental design usingSwiss-Spiro in the Tiger respiratory endurance training instrument as test equipment, anddetermination of long-term ventilator training Elite Race Walkers the ability to breathe, thespecific respiratory muscle training, determination of changes in respiratory muscle strengthand respiratory muscle endurance Race of maximal oxygen uptake, lung capacity and lactatechanges observed before and after training, to explore the long-term respiratory muscletraining on the Elite Race Walkers ability to breathe the actual impact, to provide scientificguidance for the application of respiratory muscle training to improve athletes’ ability tobreathe. Methods: Elite Race Walkers30Track and Field Training Center of Liaoning Provinceis divided into two groups, male and female10Swiss-Spiro in Tiger respiratory endurancetraining instrument as a test instrument, the subjects were divided into groups of men (10) andWomen (10), respectively, the training of the breathing machine. Prior medical history andphysical activity questionnaire in the experiment as well as conventional pulmonary functiontest, and maximum intensity treadmill test measured the subjects between VO2max.Swiss-Spiro in Tiger respiratory endurance training instrument for a period of six months ofinspiratory muscle training (IMT).6months of training after the determination of maximaloxygen uptake, lung capacity, and lactate changes in30athletes before and after training. Toobserve the long-term respiratory muscle Race Walkers ability to breathe through thecomparison of maximal oxygen uptake of30athletes, vital capacity and serum lactate. Results: Men’s and women’s groups before and after training, their maximal oxygen uptakethere was no significant change; vital capacity has been significantly sex change, men’s andwomen increased significantly; significant increase in the individual lactate threshold beforeand after training. During the experiment the lactate threshold test results show that theaverage resistance load of the experimental group, the average lactate threshold power andrespiratory training device showed a linear correlation (Kendall’s tau-b correlation coefficientwas.918, P=0).Conclusion:(1) increase in inspiratory muscle strength, inspiratory muscle endurancehas not increased;(2) in strenuous exercise under normoxic and hypoxic conditions, the inspiratory musclefatigue lessened;(3) strenuous exercise under hypoxic conditions, of VO2and cardiac output (Q) decreased, while the increase in VE, SaO2and pulmonary diffusion capacity;(4) In the exercise under normoxic conditions had no significant effect of IMT on themeasure.
