"Instruction-first and reading-later, extractive-teaching and extensive-practicing" teaching model is a new education for all teachers and students in Xiangji Middle school. And it has changed the teaching style, teaching though and improved teaching quality. Instruction-first is that teachers teach new lesion at first, reading-later just students learn by themselves; Extractive-teaching is that teachers teach the knowledge which students can know and extensive-practicing is the all exercise that students practice in class, includes discussion,action, answering question, speech, exercise and so on.This paper selects the chapter one(Metal and its’Compounds)and chapter four(Non-metal and its’Compounds) as the research objects. Element Chemical Compound is the basic knowledge of chemistry, which can make students get deeply understood for chemistry learning and using. Chemical experiment is the elementary means for knowing and probing into new properties of matter and new theory. Chemical calculation is the research of Element Chemical Compound and Chemical term is record of it.In order to test this way, this paper use the ways of experiment and investigation, which two classroom students in Xiangji Middle school are tested. One is the experiment class, the other is the common class. Teachers teach the common classroom students the knowledge of element chemical compound by traditional teaching model and the experiment classroom students by the new teaching model. By this way, we can find that the experiment classroom students’achievement is better than the common classroom ones’in chemistry. And we can conclude that "instruction-first and reading-later, extractive-teaching and extensive-practicing" teaching model is beneficial to students’learning interest, learning action and records.
