IntroductionYouth is an important period of bone growth. This period of bone growth is still not fully mature, sports training for young athletes have an important effect on bone growth, reasonable arrangement can promote the growth and the admonition to adapt, but not scientific movement may cause of chronic injury bone growth period, then affects adult form and function after the bone. This study is to investigate the high-intensity running and jumping exercise on growth plate height and type Ⅱ and type X collagen protein of growth plate expression influence, this will prevent motility for growth plate provides the basis for the damage, and for future regulation mechanism of bone growth add new theory content.MethodsThis experiment selection in the growing period of eight ZhouLing male in New Zealand rabbits for55research object. Randomly divided into the blank group, running and jumping exercise group and control group quiet, training cycle respectively for a week, two weeks, around, and six weeks to eight weeks. The high low voltage electric current CiJiYi for stimulus, so as to produce passive high intensity running and jumping movement, running and jumping time every day for60minutes, interval15minutes rest. Five days a week. At the same time, Ⅱ type X collagen type of expression of the higher than those in the control group.1. The control group and the control group between groups in the growth plate height, proliferation layer, the height of the mast layer compared with significant differences exist.2. One to four weeks training, the control group and the height of the growth plate no significant difference, and in the sixth week in control and the growth plate when the total height of the present very significant difference (P<0.01), eight weeks training group and control group, the height of the growth plate present significant difference (P<0.05). Collagen protein expression:the control group collagen type Ⅱ average value between groups which have significant difference (P<0.05), among them, six weeks in the control group and eight weeks qol and blank group contrast compared significant difference (P<0,.05), X collagen type:one to the control group and the around no significant difference, six weeks and eight weeks training group and control group in which have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion1.The high-intensity running and jumping exercise inhibit bone growth plate of growth, and this strength speculated that it may change the number of cartilage cells, cell activity and the proliferation and differentiation condition, thus inhibiting the Ⅱ collagen type, X collagen type protein expression about.2The growth of the strength of high-intensity running and jumping stimulation reactions have time effect, the experiment (one to four weeks) training group the growth plate height and Ⅱ collagen type, type X collagen expression compared with the control have been suppressed, after the around inhibition is reduced, and show to promote the growth plate growth and collagen protein expression trends.
