The research is based on the field survey,which introduce the bilingual education history and the present situation of the primary and secondary schools of the Korean nationality in Tie Ling city. Mainly focus on teachers’ status,the students’ status, and the factors which influence the Korean-Chinese bilingual education in Tie Ling city.Previous research mainly focus on the areas inhabited by the Korean nationality,and very few people care about the bilingual education of the Korean nationality diaspora somewhere,therefore,this research contribute to summary the gain and loss of nationalities’ bilingual education which is small in terms of population.As to teachers,mainly discuss their Chinese and Korean,training situation,teaching method and so on;as to students,mainly discuss the current situation of student source,students’ Chinese and Korean,and their difficulty of studying the two language.On that basis,analyze the the factors which influence the Korean-Chinese bilingual education in Tie Ling city for further,including subjective factors and objective factor.As to subjective factors,mainly contains the teachers’,students’ and the parents’ attitudes toward bilingual education and language;as to objective factor,mainly contains language environment, media,population and its distribution,etc. The investigation indicated that,the Korea-Chinese bilingual education of Tie Ling has student source shortage.In the mean time,teachers’ training is not good enough and most teacher has a Low salary.Also,the students know very few about the Korean nationality’s traditional culture.So my advises are:increase the bilingual teachers training efforts,improve the teachers’treatment,and the Korea schools could offer some characteristic courses with actual,introducing some Korean nationality’s traditional culture.
