Since the reform and open policy, the Yanbian Korean National Minority bilingual education under the national nationality policy direction, have the considerable development. One is because the government has maken the policy, vigorously to develop the Korean National Minority bilingual education; Second is to enlarge the North Korean language, Chinese teaching material reforms, unceasingly and explore the North Korean language, Chinese teaching methods; Third is to strengthen the bilingual education experimental study, causing the Yanbian Korean National Minority bilingual education to march into the scientific research track.During the bilingual education experiment process, the Yanbian Korean National Minority elementary and middle schools bilingual education has also some problems. One is that the bilingual education localization isn't exact, to bilingual education concept, goal, significance understanding there is deviation; Second is in the bilingual education the mother tongue neglecting, exists appearing to reduce the North Korean classes and increase Chinese classes'phenomenon; Third is that the bilingual teachers seriously poor insufficient, it becomes the Korean National Minority bilingual education development's bottleneck; Fourth is that the bilingual education experiment lacks the system theory's instruction, appearing blind experimental the phenomenon.According to the above, the following article proposed solving strategy. One is to accurately locate the Korean National Minority bilingual education experiment, second is to establish bilingual teacher training mechanism, third is to the develop bilingual education experiment teaching materials, fourth is to construct a construction to infiltrate the type bilingual education pattern.This article takes the pedagogy, the psychology, the linguistics and the discipline and the culture study theory as a foundation, mainly adopts systems science the literature methodology, investigation law, interview law, comparison methodology research technique, by studying the Yanbian Korean National Minority bilingual education development present situation, the result and the existence questions which analysis bilingual education experiment obtains, discovers the solution bilingual education development the countermeasure, provide the beneficial experience for the Yanbian Korean National Minority bilingual education development.
