A Study On Emotional Intelligenc Education In The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Emotional intelligence is people’s perception of your own or others’ emotions and the ability to deal with. The ability includes:others and their own emotional perception; ability to expressing their emotions;the integration of emotion, including emotional understanding and emotional control ability; ability to manage emotions, including self incentive, compressive ability etc..The paper explores the theory of ideological and political education and emotional intelligence theory combined with the necessity, feasibility and practical significance from the perspective of the relationship of Emotional Intelligence and ideological and political education. It tries to expand the ideological and political education in theory and enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. Based on the full grasp of the relevant literature and documents, analyzing, introducing, integrating, and do further deep research on this problem. Roughly the contents of this article:Literature Review-> Theoretical Analysis->Practical Path, as follows:The first part contains the background of this study and collection, sorting and general analysis of relevant domestic and international research documents.Based on this, putting forward the realistic significance of this study.The second part includes two aspects:the first is the description of_core viewpoint of the theory of emotional intelligence, followed by the explanation of necessity, feasibility and positive significance for the combination of emotional intelligence theory and ideological and political education. The author attempts to achieve theory innovation of this study by making use of comprehensive knowledge of ideological and political education, psychology, emotion psychology and management science.In the third part, the author will try to put forward three basic approaches for college students in emotional intelligence education relying on three basic methods of ideological and political education:theoretical inculcation, self-education and practice exercises. The three pathways are school education, self-education, practical education.
