Knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion attitude and values is the" new curriculum standard" three-dimensional teaching objectives. As one of the three-dimensional teaching objectives, emotion attitude and values education to improve the overall quality of students, to promote students’ all round development is of great significance.This article first elaborated the emotion attitude and value connotation as well as the physics teaching in the emotion attitude and value education significance, and through the literature search, in the process of physics teaching emotion attitude and value function, influencing factors and the research status at home and abroad is reviewed. On this basis, in the form of questionnaires, obtain the emotion attitude and value education in rural junior middle school physics teaching in the process of penetration, and further explore the students in physics learning process, emotional attitudes and values formation process and its influence factors. In this paper based on the study of educational theories, combining the teaching practice, presents in the physics teaching in the course of the implementation of the emotion attitude and value education measures and approaches.This paper consists of five parts:the first part:introduction, mainly introduced the task put forward significance and research status at home and abroad; part second:on the emotional attitude and values of the theory of; part third:in Subei rural junior high school students emotional attitude and values in the training status of the investigation, through data analysis, to find out the students in the course of physics learning emotion attitude and values of specific issues and analysis of its causes; part fourth:according to the education theory, combining with the investigation and analysis, put forward the concrete measures of cultivation and the way, and in the experimental class, the control class teaching practice. The fifth part:a summary of the investigation, according to the experimental data analysis of research achievements and the improvement.
