Since the eighteenth congress,Xi jinping,general secretary of the innovation in the national development and global core position,attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation,implement the development strategy of innovation drive,accelerate the innovation of science and technology as the core of the comprehensive innovation,puts forward a series of new thoughts,new assertion and new requirements.A country's development cannot leave the technical independent innovation and brand,when people need to raise the nation's innovation abilityconstantly,education must train more innovative talents as the first development goals.The goal of "emotional attitude and values" in the new curriculum reform is to cultivate innovative talents as the base.We use Shanghai LC middle school students as the research object in this study,using interview method,questionnaire survey and case study method,to obtain large amounts of real information and data.On this basis,use “the modern education evaluation course(second edition)”of junior middle school students " emotional attitude and values " evaluation index system,using SPSS software to test the validity and the reliability,and form a new evaluation standards of evaluation.In this study,the literature review is used to find the theoretical basis and compare the selection according to the existing evaluation system.In the next place,according to the selection of junior middle school students "emotional attitude and values" evaluation standard,use modern education technology to evaluate teachers,students,parents,congregating all these research result together to do the reliability and validity test.We finally determine the LC evaluation of middle school students "emotional attitude and values" on the implementation of the evaluation index system;Lastly,the evaluation criteria used by the three evaluation subjects are synthesized and a new evaluation standard is formed to complete the selection and revision of evaluation criteria.As a result,through the statistical analysis of the evaluation results of "affective attitude and values" in LC middle school students,it is found that the students' emotional attitude and values in LC middle school and academic achievement increased proportionally.
