Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Occupation Education

In recent years, the government has adopted a number of policy support toencourage the occupation education. It brings the opportunities of development for theprivate occupation education. Private occupation school established in good policyguidance, such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain. But the chaos, highlighting themalicious recruitment problems, making private occupation school becamesynonymous with "money". This paper will focus on the discovery, analysis andsolution of these problems.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, mainly on theresearch background and significance, literature review and research methods. Thesecond part, the meaning of occupation education and private occupation arediscussed. Both analysis of the basic situation of private occupation education in thethird part and the ways of development put forward to the problems and thecountermeasure research from the government and school itself. The third part mainlyputs forward the problems of the development of private occupation schoolmanagement system, teaching reform of loose weak, single source of funding,teachers are inadequate, fewer number and low quality of students, the inequalitybetween public and private education and lack of government support. Answeringthese problems in the fourth part by using the method of literature, comparative law,learning the experience of excellent schools from the United States and Germany, andon the basis of my working experience in private occupation education for many years.In addition, in perfect private occupation school, this paper proposes privateoccupation education must be based on the characteristics of running for the idea, italso proposes some feasible countermeasures and suggestions such as improving thestudents’ ideological and moral basis, taking employment and security as the goal,creating the brand resources. To enhance the scientific nature, time and sustainability in the development of our country’s private occupation education in the future.
