Study On Marxist Scientific And Technological Talent View’s Development In China

Marxist scientific and technological talent view is based on Marxist theory and a system about the scientific and technological talent, and it is the basis for state to formulate the direction of talents developing and policy and approach for training personnel. Marxist scientific and technological talent scattered Marx, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu’s writings, speeches and reports. I gathered these scattered thoughts and perspectives together in this paper, and doing the general and systematic study to reveal formation and development of Marxist scientific and technological talent view.Marx’s scientific and technological talent view is the theory expressed by Marx’ s several discuss for scientific and technological talent, which has not been a mature thought system. Therefore, the thesis insists that Marx’s own scientific and technological talent view is just in the germination period, and summarize it in three aspects, namely, the function of social scientific and technological talent, conditions for improvement and self-cultivation. Affecting by the times and China’s specific national conditions, the talent views of our three generations each is with different focus:Mao Zedong’s attention is on training top talent, and valuing the growing environment of talent, and focus on training both red and expert talent; in the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping’s point is more systematic, including talent’s social status and value, role of education and training, management and usage; in the period of rapid economic development, Jiang Zemin’s emphasis on the role of the talent in the competition for overall national’s strength and technology, and value the importance to young scientists, establish and improve the mechanisms for technology professionals; Hu Jintao stressed that innovation, cultivating creative talents, training talents to leader the technology, development to relies the policy of science and technology strengthening the state. By studying the relationship between inheritance and development of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao’s view of scientific and technological talent, I conclude that scientific and technological talent view of our leaders is inheritance and creative development of Marxist scientific and technological talent view.
