With the rapid development of the Campus Network and thepopularity of the personal computer, more and more students use theInternet for learning. Obsolete existing learning resources is unevenquality, difficult to be shared and the loss of teachers’ tacitknowledge problem have become the "bottleneck" restricting theindependent learning. At the same time, some students need to learntheir profession courses, to have the profession ability. To a certainextent, college students have self-learning ability. But when theyencountered problems in the learning process, it is confused for themto find the right people for help.This article is based on the analysis of a learning resourceplatform status quo. Knowledge Map tools applied to the constructionof university e-learning resources in the paper. The paper presents amethod for Educational Technology professional core curriculumlearning knowledge map construction. It has built a professionalresources platform for teachers and students Sharing Learning. Onthe detailed analysis of the knowledge map in the specific applicationof the system, the paper introduces the overall design of the system and each module functions.The theoretical bases of this article include the knowledge maptheory, theory of knowledge, meaningful learning theory, and modernschema theory. In this paper, resources learning system isconstructed. This system uses knowledge map as a tool, combinesresources platform status and the characteristics of college students.In this system, resources distributed knowledge map describes thedistribution of university resources; disciplines cognitive knowledgemap provides guidance for students specialized courses; teachers’knowledge map can help learners find the right people, who can solvetheir problem in the shortest possible time. System online topicdiscussion provides a platform for teachers and students exchange.All users can upload learning resources and knowledge map, butresources and knowledge map are required to be audited by teachersand administrators. Teachers and administrators should reply andpoint out the problem resources when resources and knowledge mapare not been audited. The user learning capacity is improved whenthey modify and improve the resources.In the process of learning systems, student users make use of theknowledge map, module learning resource module and the module ofonline topic discussion to study independently, and interact withpeers and teachers. To some extent, this way improves theself-learning ability of the learner. At the same time, through onlinecommunication module active way, teacher users share the tacitknowledge. Using the resources system promotes teachers’ tacitknowledge conversion and storage. The system can help students build the self-learning ability andpromote teachers’ tacit knowledge conversion and storage. Itprovides a learning resources platform for students and teacher toshare and build, contributing to the formation of the positiveatmosphere of shared learning.
