Deep learning is an important research direction of current education and teaching,which has become a hot topic in the field of education and teaching to develop learners' higher-order thinking and cultivate their knowledge construction ability and innovation ability in classroom teaching.Tacit knowledge,as an important cognitive resource of knowledge construction,plays an important role in the guiding of deep learning in class.In the actual classroom teaching,however,there are some phenomena such as the neglect of the guidance of students' cultural aesthetics,learning ability and computational thinking,which all point to the practical problem of deep learning teaching: tacit knowledge is ignored and it is difficult to realize deep learning.The reason is that the mechanism of tacit knowledge promoting deep learning is unclear,and there is a lack of specific and operable classroom transformation model guidance.Educational knowledge management is an important part of educational technology.From the perspective of knowledge management,the SECI model of tacit knowledge transformation constructed by Hirojiro Nonaka provides useful ideas for the construction of tacit knowledge transformation model in classroom under the support of educational technology.Therefore,through theoretical deduction and experimental verification,this study explores how to construct the transformation model of tacit knowledge in class,so as to provide relevant support for guiding classroom teaching to deep learning.In the theoretical research,this study sorts out the relevant mechanisms of tacit knowledge promoting deep learning.Under the guidance of the theory of deep learning and the theory of knowledge view,it constructs the transformation model of tacit knowledge for deep learning in class with the support of educational technology based on SECI model,and designs relevant teaching examples to explain.In the experimental research,comparative experiments and in-depth interviews were designed and carried out.187 primary school students were selected to carry out the research on the effect of the deep learning-oriented classroom tacit knowledge transformation model on promoting deep learning under the support of educational technology.The results show that the model is effective in promoting the internal correlation migration level and external expansion migration level of deep learning which indicate that the model can effectively promote students' deep learning.The research enriches the application research of information technology in thefield of education by discussing the transformation of tacit knowledge under the circumstance of information technology support.From the perspective of knowledge management,the transformation model of tacit knowledge in class supported by information technology is constructed based on theoretical deduction,which enriches the research and exploration of tacit knowledge in the field of education.This study introduces tacit knowledge theory into the classroom,explores and demonstrates the promotion of tacit knowledge transformation on deep learning in class,and also helps to broaden the research angle of deep learning in class and facilitate the transformation of classroom to deep learning.
