With the continuous development of volleyball, modern volleyball has enteredthe operational phase of professional, market-oriented, and also presented newchallenges for volleyball training of reserve forces and mass base building.Beginning in2007, combined with the full implementation of the "Student PhysicalHealth Standard, hundreds of millions of students across the country in the typesof schools at all levels in the country to carry out extensive and in-depthSunshine Sports. Among them, the "Sunshine Sports campaign, and extra-curricularsports activities combined" is one of the main tasks. Volleyball is more suitablethe children exercise development, not only exercise the children bodilyfunctions, but also have a positive impact on children psychological training.Xicheng district, Beijing primary school after-school volleyball training inthe investigation and analysis, identify the impact of the Xicheng districtElementary School after-school volleyball training development factors, andproposed the development of ideas and suggestions to strengthen theimplementation of school sports extracurricular training, so as to promote andpromote the Xicheng district School volleyball contest booming lay a goodfoundation for the overall development of students.In this paper, by using literature method, questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics of the whole situation of primaryschool of Beijing after school volleyball training, Xicheng district primaryschool volleyball coaches and athletes training support system, and the basicsituation of the training work management four aspects carries on theinvestigation and study, in order to find the influencing factors of Xichengdistrict primary school extracurricular volleyball training, and puts forwardcorresponding Suggestions in order to promote the development of extracurricularvolleyball training. Through the research can draw the following conclusions:1、Xicheng district as a pilot project of the "Sunshine Sports" in Beijing,compared with other counties in primary school after-school volleyball trainingfoundation and advantages, play a leading role in promoting the Beijing primaryschool after-school volleyball training to carry out.2、Xicheng district Primary School Volleyball Coaches almost all from theschool physical education teacher, was getting younger and younger, male tofemale ratio is less, the higher education level, the special higher degree;relative lack of students to participate in the training time, but volleyball training initiative, and be able to handle the relationship between learningand training; school students to a more adequate basic no fault phenomenon, theparticipating student body shape to meet the law of development of children andadolescents; majority of parents are very supportive of the students toparticipate in volleyball training, and very satisfied with the students thelevel of training and achievements.3、 Xicheng district school volleyball training venues are outdoorconditions is relatively simple; most of the schools, although financial supportfor volleyball training, but relatively insufficient funds; Board of Educationand Sports Bureau held every year more than four games for primary schoolvolleyball game, a more complete competition mechanism.4、Xicheng district, a high degree of attention, most schools in sparevolleyball training or school unified management, training mostly in the formof after-school training teams and interest groups, has not yet formed a systemto improve the youth sports club management mode; setting up a parent committeethe organization of the school, did not form a complete parents, schoolco-management mechanisms.
