With the development of science and technology by leaps and bounds,the social economy has made great progress,people's material life level,social demand for people's knowledge reserves and talents increases.Along with quality education and the deepening of the new curriculum concept,is also more and more high to the requirement of physical education teachers,especially for the basic teaching(level 1-3)stage of all aspects of the quality education of elementary school physical education teachers demand higher,this is because the elementary school sports is the student to participate in physical exercise and the critical moment of lifetime sports consciousness,improve the overall quality of the contingent of elementary school physical education teachers is the social universal attention topic.And post-career education as an important way to improve the overall quality of elementary school physical education teachers,is helpful to improve the level of primary school physical education teachers professional knowledge.Therefore,to carry out reasonable and effective post-career education is the important method to improve the overall quality of elementary school physical education teachers.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.This paper selects the PE teachers of 16 primary schools in xicheng district of Beijing as the investigation objects of education training,and analyzes the present situation of education in the primary school physical education teachers in xicheng district of Beijing.The following conclusions are drawn:1 Beijing xicheng district elementary school physical education teachers in the gender structure,age structure,academic structure,title structure four aspects is quite reasonable,but has a larger workload.2 each year Beijing xicheng district elementary school physical education teachers to participate in the number of post-career education is higher,shows xicheng district post-career education organizational units to actively carry out teachers in education.3 P.E.teachers in Beijing xicheng district primary school education time arrangement is not reasonable,lead to the \ "student worker\" problems.In addition,family factors also affect an important factor of elementary school physical education teachers to participate in the post-career education.4 in Beijing xicheng district most elementary school physical education teachers to recognize the importance of education after completing and participation motivation mainly promote their professional development.But there are still some general satisfaction with post-career education and physical education teachers,analyze reasons: mainly post-career education content hierarchy is not strong,post-career education evaluation method is relatively single,do not do to distinction between teachers of different stages.5 Beijing xicheng district for PE teachers in primary school education seriously enough,related management system,incentive system,incentive system is not perfect.
