The main prototype of the three-stage task-driven teaching method is the task-driven teaching method.Its theoretical basis is carried out under the theory of construct.Its essence is the target teaching.The content of teaching in the teaching process also starts from the "target".The goal is decomposed into various "problems" to be solved step by step.Teachers actively guide students to analyze and interpret the target tasks,task the goals and problems,train students to learn independently and be good at finding problems and have the ability to analyze problems and solve problems.Complete the teaching objectives and achieve the basic requirements for comprehensively training high-quality talents.In the teaching process of aerobics public elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities,the overall curriculum teaching objectives are the main tasks,and the target tasks are refined and decomposed.The teachers actively guide students to complete the tasks at various stages in the teaching process,and strictly control the teaching progress and classroom discipline.Always taking students as the main body,this teaching method is in line with the guiding ideology of the current new curriculum teaching reform.This paper adopts methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to take the aerobics course of public sports elective course of Yunnan Normal University as the experimental object,and apply the three-stage task-driven teaching method to ordinary colleges and universities.In the teaching of aerobics courses in public elective courses,a 16-week teaching experiment was conducted on the aerobics courses of public elective courses in ordinary colleges.Based on the comparison ofthe data before and after the experimental classes and the control classes,the following conclusions were drawn:1.After adopting the three-stage task-driven teaching method and the traditional teaching method,the students have obvious differences in learning motivation.After the experiment,the students' learning achievement motivation test indicators are more improved than before the experiment.There is little difference between the two factors of pursuit of success and avoidance of failure in the control class,but the achievement motivation of the experimental class students is higher than that of the control class.At the same time,the three-stage task-driven teaching method can improve students' self-confidence.The P value is 0.00,which is a significant difference.After the experiment,the self-confidence of the control class is not obvious.2.Traditional teaching methods and three-stage task-driven teaching methods have an impact on self-learning ability.Although traditional teaching methods have little effect on students' self-learning ability,they can still improve students' learning motivation and learning outcomes.Evaluation,at the same time,the three-stage task-driven approach has no major impact on content selection and monitoring of learning processes.3.The traditional teaching method and the three-stage task-driven teaching method can improve students' comprehensive achievements.The three-stage task-driven teaching method pays more attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability and the awareness of teamwork.Learning methods can improve the knowledge of aerobics theory,but the three-stage task-driven teaching method improves students' sense of music and skill level,so that students can flexibly master the knowledge and skills they have learned.4.After the traditional teaching method and the three-stage task-driven teachingmethod are implemented,the students' interpersonal communication and active participation awareness are improved.The experimental class is higher than the control class,which proves that the three-stage task-driven teaching method is better than the classroom teaching effect.The traditional teaching method is slightly better,and the three-stage task-driven teaching method is improved compared with the traditional teaching method in the satisfaction of students' classroom teaching.
