With the reform of the school PE course,the traditional teaching method of aerobics commonly used in schools can't meet students' learning and exploration for knowledge and skills of aerobics.Therefore,the teaching method of aerobics should be constantly improved and renovated.The action combined teaching method of aerobics forms the teaching method with bright consistency and continuity with the units of combined actions based on the teaching characteristics of aerobics and complying with the development of aerobics.Such a teaching method is gradually expanding in aerobics teaching at university and moderate specialty schools,but such a teaching method can't be extensively used in course teaching of aerobics by aiming at county-level high schools.Therefore,it is necessary to further study and explore the action combined teaching method of aerobics,use the action combined teaching method of aerobics in the aerobics teaching course of county-level high schools,and explore the impacts of action combined teaching method of aerobics on county-level high school students' body shape,somatic function,and physical quality.Through the comparison on the action combined teaching method of aerobics and commonly used teaching method of aerobics in schools,we must explore whether action combined teaching method of aerobics can enhance students' autonomous learning ability for aerobics,cultivate their autonomous exercise consciousness,and improve their body shape,somatic function,and physical quality,so as to promote constant enhancement of students in the aerobics field.During the research process,the research direction was identified by the document literature method.Also,a reference basis was provided for the research.Aerobics experts were interviewed to form the main framework of this research.Insufficient considerations in the questionnaire structure and content,experimental design,and implementation were replenished in the research process.The investigation method was used to investigate all grade-2 students at Hebei Fengfeng No.2 Middle School through questionnaires by focusing on their cognition,attitude,and preference.The experimental method was used to introduce the action combined teaching method of aerobics into the aerobics course of county-level high schools,so as to compare with the commonly used teaching method of aerobics in schools.Then,the mathematical statistics was used to sort out and analyze all data to get the corresponding results and conclusions.In cognition of county-level high school students on the aerobics course,most students are interested and fond of the aerobics course.The cognition of the commonly used teaching method of aerobics(the former)in schools is more than the cognition on the action combined teaching method of aerobics(the latter).The facilitation of the latter's learning effect is greater than its inhibition.And the latter is easy to make students master the basic actions,fine actions,and created action.The latter can significantly enhance aerobics learning interest and learning motivation of county-level high school students,while the former also can significantly enhance their aerobics learning motivation.The latter significantly improves their body shape.Its effect on somatic function is superior to the former.The latter is strongly superior to the former in strength quality and endurance of female students and flexibility quality and special strength quality of all students to a large extent.The latter is better than the former in strength quality of male students and special flexibility quality and special coordination quality of all students.Both methods can significantly enhance the speed quality of all students and endurance of male students,but the latter is superior to the former.Both methods don't have great impacts n students' sensitivity quality and special balance quality.The latter can significantly enhance students' sports performance,so as to better improve their mastery effect for teaching contents of aerobics.
