Network-assisted teaching provides a mixed learning of online and traditional classroom teaching for the students at school,which has become the most popular mode taking internet as teaching method,and the mixed model of this network learning mode and traditional education mode is network-assisted teaching.The network-assisted teaching system researched is the system co-built by related technicians and me,which includes the teaching contents of each aerobics class used for previewing before class for the students,consolidating after class,extracurricular expansion(various aerobics competition videos)and homework feedback(upload the practicing videos).Before class,preview the course contents of next class by aid of network-assisted teaching system;in class,assist the teachers to teach relying on the network to combine theory with practice thus to make the students not only learn the action skills but also know the action essentials through the theoretical knowledge;after class,the students mainly learn by themselves to complete the homework,conduct extracurricular extension and search for various competition videos in the network-assisted teaching system besides completing the self-test theory questions.Build the teams(6 persons of a team)to practice the homework assigned by the teacher,verify the usage situation of network-assisted teaching system in the next class,make presentations in teams,wherein,after the end of each team doing the mass aerobics dancing,upload the formation creation videos of each team to the network-assisted teaching system,and then the teachers give grades and make feedback as well as make presentations in the next class for the students to evaluate each other.Combine before-class,in-class with after-class,combine teaching with self-study.Discuss its role in improving the action skills,theoretical knowledge,arrangement capability and learning attitude of the students majoring in dance performance thus to get the purpose of enhancing the teaching quality and strengthening the learning attitude.The paper introduces the network-assisted teaching method in the aerobics teaching based on the feature of aerobics teaching and related research of the previous scholars on network-assisted teaching method.Conduct research on the application of network-assisted teaching method in aerobics courses of the students majoring in dance performance by the methods of literature materials,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.On the one hand,design the network-assisted teaching method on aerobics,on the other hand,discuss the main advantages and disadvantages of the application of network-assisted teaching method in aerobics based on the application and practices of network-assisted teaching method in aerobics.Conclusions:(1)Aerobics teaching method with the help of network greatly promotes students to have a command of its theoretical knowledge in practice,combining with the traditional classroom teaching.(2)Through the study and analysis of two groups of students,we find that each method can to a certain extent enhance the technical skills of students while the role of network assisted teaching method is more obvious.(3)From the overall data changes of this study,the aerobics teaching method with the help of network greatly improves the performance of self-composing calisthenics for students majoring in dance,and enhances students' creativity and innovative awareness.(4)According to the questionnaire survey,it implies that the teaching method with the help of network can better change the students' learning attitude,promote students to develop good study habits,and urge students to do preview before class,review after class,as well as to focus on class;the students in the traditional class have a general learning attitude and lack of concentration on class.
