Power quality is a basic quality of football, which influence and promote otherqualities, is also a footballer to master sports skills, improve athletic performance,therefore, strength training is for coaches and athletes attention, researchers have madegreat contribution to the study of strength training. After exploration and Practice forseveral years, football players in China, power quality has been greatly improved, however,found from the reality of competition, Chinese players in the same high level of foreignplayers confrontation, shooting or no obvious improvement, and even pulled the trend.Body moving functional strength training as a new training theory, in recent years inthe modern athletic training has been widely concerned, people gradually realize that thepast is mainly used for strength training method of fitness and rehabilitation also has animportant role in the sports field. Through the research on the core training theory,expounds the main functions and training ideas work principle and the function of strengthof the core muscles, and the football shooting training into functional strength trainingconducted in-depth research.In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire surveymethod, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method. On body movingfunctional strength training on improving the football player to rapidly forces for theexperimental study and theoretical analysis.18young football players as the experimentalobject, and the subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group,the results of the test group p>0.05, there was no significant difference between the groups,in the course of the experiment, the experimental group and the control group are the samein general training content, training the experimental group after the end of the coretraining content and training load, training8weeks later, the statistical data and analysis ofexperiment results, and draws the following conclusion: body moving functional strengthtraining can improve the stability of shooting technique of teenage soccer players; bodymoving functional strength training can improve the shooting of teenage soccer playersstrength and accuracy in a certain extent; body moving functional strength training ofjuvenile difficult, requiring higher special skills and familiarity and ability to predict thespecific ability has no obvious effect on the ball. Because of limited time and knowledge,have the following problems: the experimental sample quantity is less, have a certainimpact on the results of persuasion; just used conventional core exercise means, there is nobetter body moving functional strength training and the football combination.
