Football,as the representative of the aperiodic events of the following limbs,the stability of its lower extremities is the basis to ensure the completion of all kinds of movements.Functional training is introduced into the field of competitive sports from the field of human rehabilitation.As a modern training concept,its fundamental purpose is to develop the basic posture and basic movement of the body,which plays a very important role in the formation and stable development of special movements.In order to better understand the influence of functional training on the stability of football players' lower extremities,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and data statistics,etc.,to take the campus male of Ningyang County No.12 Middle School as the method of literature review,expert interview,experiment and data statistics.The 12-week functional training of football players,the stability index of lower extremity and the stability of lower extremity are also one of the development of physical quality.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,combined with the suggestions of experts and coaches,the test indexes of lower extremity joint stability of middle school football players are divided into two categories: isokinetic muscle strength index and Noumenon sensory index.Among them,there are five indexes of isokinetic muscle strength: 50 m fast running,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,throwing solid heart ball,15 m round trip running five contents,Noumenon feeling index has deep squat,straight line squat,straight leg active on stage,torso stable push-up,rotation stable Set the test.In the process of football match,athletes need to complete hundreds of buffering,take-off,acceleration,change direction,emergency stop and so on,so the stability of lower limbs is very important for the football eye.In order to better test the effect of functional training on the stability of football players' lower limbs,the students in the experimental group and the control group are given movements including squatting,straight-legged forward squat,straight legs taking the initiative,and torso stable push-up.Rotating stability test.For 50 m fast running,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,forward throwing solid ball,15 m round run and squatting,straight forward squatting,straight leg active squatting for 50 m fast running,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,forward throwing solid ball,15 m round running and squatting,squatting in straight line and active in straight leg.The five auxiliary indexes of torso stable push-up and rotating stability test were tested on stage,and then the data measured before and after the experiment were counted and analyzed by SPSS.Through the analysis,the following conclusions were obtained:1.The formulation of physical functional training plan for middle school football players needs to abide by the principles of gradual and orderly development and adaptability,and formulate the contents of physical functional training.2.Through expert interview and expert questionnaire,two indexes to test the stability of lower extremity of football players were obtained,which were isokinetic muscle strength index and proprioceptive index.The isokinetic muscle strength index included 50 meters running,sitting body flexion,forward throwing solid ball,standing long jump,15 meters turning back five items,ontology feeling index including squat,straight line squat,straight leg active on stage,torso stable push-up,rotating stability test 6 items.3.After 12 weeks of functional training,the students' 50 m running,sitting forward flexion,forward throwing solid ball,standing long jump,15 m return running were significantly higher than those in the control group.The forward throwing solid ball and standing long jump increased by 7.2% and 4.5%,respectively.the experimental results showed that functional training could promote the stable muscle strength of football players' lower extremities.4.After 12 weeks of functional training,six indexes of squatting,straight squat,straight leg active on stage,torso stable push-up and rotating stability test were used to compare the lower extremity stability of football players in middle school before and after the experiment.The movement indexes of body and lower extremity stability in the experimental group were significantly improved,which indicated that the athletes had a great improvement in ontology feeling after training.5.Physical functional training can promote the core stability of middle school football players,the explosive strength of lower extremity muscle strength and promote the balance of lower extremity muscle strength of middle school football players.And put forward the corresponding suggestions:1.Through functional training,the development of lower extremity stability of middle school football players is promoted,but the formulation of functional training plan is carried out under the supervision of physical fitness coaches according to the characteristics of students,experts suggest,and there is no significant difference in physical quality of the selected students.However,it is necessary to further improve and explore the use of functional training in football training.2.Functional training has been applied to all kinds of sports training in the coming year,but we should not blindly pursue it unilaterally,recognize the advantages and disadvantages of functional training and combine it with traditional training.Therefore,in the process of football training,we should correctly understand the relationship and differences between the functional training of basic training of football skills,and match the characteristics of football with the training needs of football players.We can not only blindly pursue the stability of functional training,so as not to have the opposite effect.3.For middle school students,the traditional football training is boring,but functional training can mobilize the interest and enthusiasm of athletes and activate the training atmosphere on the basis of traditional training.Therefore,it is necessary to make rational use of this training method,give full play to its advantages,give full play to its strengths and avoid its weaknesses,and take it seriously.
