In competitive sports, physical fitness is the main factor affecting athletes’competitive ability. As the track and field project of pole vault is physical leadingskills requirements of high project, on the pole vault training content of research willbe on the pole vault special result has very important practical significance.Scientificand reasonable physical training can improve the athletes’ competitive ability, improve body shape and bodily functions, which is more suitable to the special needs, thereby improving the athlete’s sports performance and injury prevention.Thewomen’s pole vault in Anhui province are the traditional advantages of the project, this paper hopes to Anhui province Elite Woman pole-vaulter and domestic elitewoman pole-vaulter in the physical structure of the comparative study, find out Anhuiprovince Elite Woman pole-vaulter in the physical structure of the advantages anddisadvantages, in order to raise Anhui Province female pole vaulting physical fitnesslevels, so as to improve the athletic performance. This paper using the method of literature, comparative analysis, mathematicalstatistics method to the Anhui Province outstanding women pole vault athletes’ specialphysical fitness system index and national team women pole vault athletes betweenthe index of discrepancy analysis. Conclusions of the study are as follows:1Physical characteristics in Anhui Province outstanding women pole vaultathletes with pole high jump project requirements, performance for the slender, weight, Quetelet index about354in general, arm span index of ideal.2There was a significant difference in Anhui Province outstanding womanpole-vaulter in the pelvis and shoulder width ratio with the national team athletes(p<0.05), shows that the developed degree of Anhui Province outstanding womanpole-vaulter in the upper extremity and trunk muscles compared with the nationalteam athletes weak.3Anhui Province outstanding woman pole-vaulter in VO2max, fat-free weight/body weight, fat weight/height, serum creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) had no significant difference on the five indicators with the national teamathletes in value (p>0.05).From the specific data values, Anhui Province outstandingwoman pole-vaulter aerobic endurance ability in high intensity and long time, shorttime and high intensity anaerobic work capacity, in vivo muscle relative content andso on, are more suitable for the basic requirements in the pole vault, the physiologicalfunction of high level.4Anhui Province outstanding woman pole-vaulter in the60meters and longjump two speed indicators and shoulder endurance index and national team athleteshad no significant difference (p>0.05), Anhui provincial excellent woman pole-vaulterhad better speed and endurance ability and level.5Anhui Province outstanding woman pole-vaulter in the left stretch (leftshoulder extensor strength and body) than L1(left shoulder extensors strength/weight) there is a significant difference between the numerical analysis and thenational team player (p<0.05).This shows that the national team the best pole-vaulter,his left shoulder extensor explosive force better, inserted Dou can fast and powerful. That in theory can well explain the coaches training or competition repeatedly asked"why left-handed fast forward".6Anhui Province outstanding woman pole-vaulter in the left ankle joint bodythan B2(left ankle flexor strength/weight) and left extensor extensor B (left ankleextensors strength/left ankle flexor strength) numerical comparison also hassignificant differences (p<0.05).This shows that Anhui Province outstanding womanpole-vaulter in ankle joint strength is weak in the national team players, shouldstrengthen the special training.
