| Objective: Niu Chunge is an excellent athlete in sports school affiliated to Xi'an Institute of physical Education.He has made rapid progress in recent years and is a rare reserve talent in women's pole vaulting events.She and China Li Ling,Ren Mengxi and other excellent pole vaulting seniors still have a big gap,Niu Chunge's best results and they also have a lot of room for improvement.Therefore,this paper makes a comparative analysis of Niu Chunge and the top six athletes who participated in the 2018 Championships and finds out their shortcomings in running-up and taking-off as well as the differences among the top six athletes,and provides technical parameters for future training.Let the coach know better.Grasp the situation of Niu Chunge,can more clearly formulate targeted training plans,speed up the rapid growth of its technology,so as to achieve better sports results,for the school and honor for the country.Research objects and methods: the main research methods used in this paper are the test method,the literature method,and the mathematical statistics method.Niu Chunge participated in the 2018 National Athletics Championships and Grand Prix Finals(Asian Games)in Guizhou station with the best one-jump technical movements,and the top six athletes in the final performance of the best jump technical movements as the object of study.Research findings: 1.The horizontal speed of the last step in the run-up of Niu Chunge is lower than the horizontal speed of the second step in the run-up.2.In the run-up,the length of the last step of Niu Chunge is longer than that of the second step,and the step size of the last two steps is not reasonable.3.Niu Chunge's center of mass fluctuates high with the international bodyguard Li Ling,Ren Mengxi and other outstanding contestants are close,but unstable.4.Niu Chunge takes off with the upper shoulder elbow angle and Li Ling's and foreign elite international elite upper shoulder elbow angle average still has a certain difference.5.The jump point of the projection point on the ground of the hand-holding point of Niuchunge was 6.3% higher than that of the control group.The moment of landing and the moment of leaving the ground.The amount of knee angle change is small,which indicates that the knee joint in the moment of taking-off is not full of force and is fully extended.Research conclusions: 1.The step size of the two-step running-up of Niuchunge gradually increased,but the running-up speed of the two-step running-up was gradually decreasing.Niu Chunge slowed down in the final stage of the run-up,andthe first few contestants accelerated gradually.The maximum speed appears in the closer distance from the bucket,the smaller the speed loss,the better the performance.2.Niu Chunge's center of mass fluctuating height is similar to that of international athletes such as Li Ling,Ren Mengxi and other outstanding contestants.When jumping at the same height,through data analysis,it is known that the large fluctuation of its center of mass causes the rhythm of pole-holding running to be unstable.The change of knee and ankle joint of jumping leg is small,and the pedal extension is insufficient,which is the height of the body's center of mass.One of the reasons for instability.3.There is a high correlation between the elbow angle of handshake and the take-off time of the top six athletes at the moment of leaving the ground,and the speed of running-up has a moderate correlation with the achievement.The above indexes have a direct effect on the good or bad performance of the athletes.Niu Chunge's take-off time is too long,the angle of handshake is small,and the result of this competition is not ideal.In the future,attention should be paid to increasing the elbow angle of handshake,strengthening the running-up speed,and shortening the take-off time training. |
