In order to accommodate the need of high level educationalpublication, college should enforce the development of college students’ability which is inquiry learning. Meanwhile, improving undergraduates’exploration ability, study ability and innovation ability is also veryessential for the development of the university. Improving the ability ofstudy, researching and innovation is also an important measure ofcultivating the talents who are fit for the social expectation. So combineswith the course properties of Teaching Theory (Information Technology)to carry on exploration and practice of higher education inquiry learningunder the support of school network teaching platform. This will notonly break through the traditional knowledge objective curriculum ideasshackles of inquiry learning, but also can not break the existinguniversity curriculum system and order, it has the high feasibility in theory and practice level. Regarding inquiry learning as an importantpart of curriculum reform, focusing on the inquiry learning processmanagement, focus on process because focusing on process more thanthe results is an important value orientation of inquiry learning, it’spurpose is to change the traditional teaching way, let more students toparticipate in their learning, stimulate students self-efficacy, so as toenhance the students’ interpersonal cooperation and communication,problem solving etc.This study uses the constructivist learning theory, the theory ofmultiple intelligence, cooperative learning theory, self-efficacy theory asthe theoretical basis and the logical starting point of the research,utilizing the research method of literature, experimental methodologyand classroom observation method, to undergraduate inquiry learningprocess management for college separately from the teacher, the groupleader and members. From the guidance of teacher, he needs to pay moreattention to the students’ ability of independent thinking in the inquirylearning process, its own guidance and to inspire students’ self-efficacy in the process of research in the inquiry learning process; From the groupleader perspective, this study states the leader of the team managementfrom task allocation, meeting system, unified the views andorganizational reporting; finally, from the view of the studentsself-management, the interaction, communication and cooperationbetween the team members to each other and self-monitoring are veryimportant in the inquiry learning process.The paper in the third inquiry learning practice, from the finalreport on the outcome as well as the report of inquiry learning eachgroup, most of the students approbate the way of inquiry learning, butthere may be some problems in the inquiry learning process such thatsome groups look good on the surface, but only the form, and teammembers really aren’t into together, meanwhile, there will need thecommunication among teachers, students themselves, the group leader,often exchange, feel each other’s care. In the inquiry learning processmanagement, students have the certain improvement in different degree,such as the interest in learning, interpersonal communication and cooperation, the ability to solve problems, in this collection, collation,analysis and use of various skills.
