A Study On The Spare Time Allocation Of Master's Degree Student At Research Universities

With the continuous development of the popularization of higher education,the types of masters' activities are more and more abundant.And at the same time,the phenomenon of masters' learning is relaxed.Therefore,it is helpful to understand the specific situation by knowing masters' spare time allocation.Under the basic background of the master s' study and living conditions,this paper focus on the allocation of masters' spare time.This paper uses the questionnaire and interview research methods to try to summarize the characteristics of the allocation of masters.spare time and the specific reasons that affect the allocation of masters' spare time,and propose targeted and reasonable solutions.Through the summary analysis of the questionnaire results,this study found that the allocation of masters' spare time is affected by four aspects:" professional curriculum","professional environment","cultural activities" and self-control.In the framework of self-determination theory and psychological account theory,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the allocation of master' spare time.Through the attribution analysis of the problems existing in the study time of the masters of research universities,it is found that the reasons that affect the allocation of the masters' spare time are mainly due to the two levels of the school and the individual.The nurturing process and environmental support have an impact on the allocation of masters' spare time.For the individual students,academic utilitarianism and lack of spare time schedule are also important reasons for the allocation of masters' spare time.At the same time,effective suggestions are proposed targeted at the two levels of university and individual and the aspects of the close integration of the training process and individual needs,and the improvement of the learning environment for students:effective guidance on student-centered,strengthening the guidance of correct academic idea and improving time management skills..
