The long-term goal of education-oriented, teacher-centered education plans. Teachers directlyaffect the healthy growth of the next generation of successors for kindergarten educationthroughout the life of the particularity critical to the development and growth of young children,preschool teachers increasingly highlights the value and status.Whether it is due to the commercial hype or education needs of early childhood education bythe National unprecedented emphasis on market demand so preschool teachers, kindergarteninflux of a large number of unqualified early childhood teachers. Although kindergartenenrollment of unqualified early childhood teachers, but a serious shortage of child care teachers.2010year2011annual national average teacher and children ratio of1:26and teacher to theyoung than is reflected in our early childhood education average. Can also be seen from all overthe statistics backward areas of the coastal cities, developed eastern regions, towns and inlandcities, the western, rural preschool teachers uneven allocation of resources, even young childrenbetween kindergarten teacher resources there is a big gap. Therefore, the results of this study,based on interviews of child care teachers in Shenyang City, learn from Li Shaomeiconfiguration status of preschool teachers resources in Shaanxi Province, gender, age, ethnicity,education, Teacher, teaching experience, job title, monthly income, the preparation on preschoolteacher resource allocation results in Shenyang City, the status of the investigation; fromresource allocation based on the analysis of the resource allocation process, the mainconfiguration object configuration means to investigate the Shenyang City preschool teachersresource allocation process. Implementation survey by the revised questionnaire of300kindergarten teachers in the different types of kindergartens in Shenyang City. And the fiveprincipals of the five kindergarten in Shenyang City,15preschool teachers conducted a formalinterview.300questionnaires were distributed and271were returned, a recovery rate of90.3%,excluding no answer obvious answer wrong questionnaire29valid questionnaires were242, aneffective rate of89.2%. The results showed that:1. The Survey about allocation of Preschool teachers resources (1) Shenyang City Child Care Teacher Resource gender, age, education, Teacher, teachingexperience, job title, monthly income, preparation of the overall configuration is good; ShenyangCity preschool teachers resource allocation process, configuration main kindergartenconfiguration means configuration, configuration objects mainly pre-school graduates workingkindergarten teachers through college;(2) The differences between variables and the nature of kindergarten.Academic presence in the park by the nature of significant difference, the difference iscaused mainly by specialist qualifications; Age in the park by the nature of the existence ofsignificant differences, the differences are mainly caused by the age of25and thefollowing,26-30-year-old; Teacher in kindergarten nature extremely significant difference, thedifference is mainly by other Teacher, No Teacher two cases caused; seniority extremelysignificant differences exist in the park by the nature of the differences mainly by2years,3-5years,15years and over cause; monthly income is extremely significant differences exist in thepark by the nature of the difference is mainly caused by the1000-1500Yuan; configure the mainextremely significant differences exist in the park by the nature of the differences mainly by theDepartment of Education, Personnel Bureau, Department of Education, Bureau of Personnelcause; configuration means extremely significant differences exist in the park by the nature ofthe differences are mainly caused by the media, acquaintances and other means; configurationobject extremely significant differences exist in the park by the nature of the difference byserving caused by early childhood teachers.2. Influencing factors of allocating Preschool teachers resource(1) preschool teachers resource allocation impact factor in the overall situation.Preschool teachers resource allocation dimension, configuration requirements,"the highest score,followed by the" development space "and" personal characteristics "and" background ", andfinally" other benefits ".(2)Child care teachers resource allocation impact factors of each dimension of thedemographic variablesInfluencing factors "configuration requirements" and "development space" in the differentgender child care teachers in on a significant difference; own background on different teachingexperience early childhood teachers exist significantly with differences; influencing factors"configuration requirements" and "development space" in different academic early childhoodteachers are significant differences; impact of various factors in different living on the ground areexist significant differences; factors "configuration requirements","development space","personal characteristics" on different Teacher status exists significant differences; factors"configuration requirements" and "development space" on the nature of the different park are significant differences; factors "own background" and "other effective" in different monthlyincome exist significantly with difference;"configuration requirements" and " their ownbackground,"there was a significant difference in different marital status.Resource Allocation for early childhood teachers in Shenyang City, according to the studyresults, the following improvements:Positioning functions of the government to ensure that investment in education;development of teacher resources to deal with the configuration requirements; perfectconfiguration to ensure that the education fair; improve the treatment of teachers to curb seriousdrain; establish an exchange mechanism to promote team development.
