Compulsory education belongs to the important part of education in our country,and The distribution of teachers teaching and configuration is the main embodiment of compulsory education resources distribution,the allocation of teachers is an important tool for the distribution of compulsory education resources.With the development of society,the increasing gap of teachers' resources also restricts the development of compulsory education.Therefore,how to improve the scientization nature of the system of the compulsory system,how to improve the using efficiency of the recruitment to make the limited resources play the greatest benefits and the compulsory stage of education developed evenly in the view of resource optimization configuration have been the worthy subject.This paper takes H city as an example,the author reserched The recruitment management status and Compulsory school establishment.Based on the analysis of the statistical data and the research information,found that preparation of management development plays an important role in the education career,but there are also some problems.The author finds that there are some problems in the allocation of resources in the compulsory education stage of City H,which is not flexible,The number of contradictions and the use is not sufficient.This are mainly because of limitations in policy,the rigid growth of demand for education and The mechanism of entry and exit is not flexible and so on.In order to alleviate the above contradictions,it needs to optimize the allocation of resources and use from system to system,the author made the following recommendations and countermeasures:Firstly,we will improve the mechanism of education establishment management,the education establishment classification management,flexible use of establishment and improve the calculation standard.Secondly,the system should find innovation in itself.We could promote reform of the personnel system and adjust the structure of teacher.Thirdly,the system should ask for the vitality outside,finding a breakthrough in government buying services and running schools by civil strength.
