Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning and an important part of national education system.Due to the weak foundation and many debts,preschool education is still the short board of the whole education system,and the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development is very prominent.To solve the problem of "difficult to enter the kindergarten" and "expensive to enter the kindergarten",it is urgent to expand the supply of preschool education resources,especially inclusive resources,and optimize the allocation of preschool education resources.For a long time,the research on the allocation of preschool education resources is mainly limited in the field of education discipline.From the perspective of space,the use of geographical knowledge and theory,adhere to the combination of qualitative and quantitative research on the allocation of preschool education resources is rare."Research on spatial allocation optimization of preschool education resources in Chongqing",starting from the regional system of human land relationship education,based on the knowledge of pedagogy,geography,mathematics and statistics,and using the theories of educational geography,resource allocation and unbalanced development,etc.,through the definition of the concept of preschool education resources,a conditional resource and subject is constructed The evaluation index system of preschool education resource level is the first level index of sex resources and development resources.The index system is sed to measure the level of preschool education resources in 38 districts and counties of Chongqing from 2011 to 2017,and four types of regions are divided,namely,highly enriched area,moderately enriched area,moderately deficient area and highly deficient area.At the same time,mathematical statistical methods such as standard deviation,coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Herfindahl index are used to objectively reflect preschool education resources in seven years The annual change trend of resource level.The research shows that in the past seven years,Chongqing's preschool education has developed rapidly,the level of resources has been continuously improved,the highly enriched areas are relatively fixed,the moderately enriched and moderately deficient areas are relatively stable,and the highly deficient areas are decreasing.However,the total amount of preschool education resources is insufficient,the distribution is uneven,and the spatial differences are large,which are still the main contradictions restricting the development of preschool education.Based on the relationship between the actual level and the importance of resource elements,the optimization degree of resource allocation is evaluated from the dimension of the relationship between the actual level of resource elements and the importance degree.The results show that the optimization degree of spatial allocation of preschool education resources in Chongqing is not high.There are not only big differences between districts and counties,but also there are strong ones When the weak are always weak,the balance of resources is weakening and the degree of agglomeration is increasing.The results show that the degree of resource coordination is higher than that of resource concentration and condition The counties with lower degree are concentrated in some districts and counties in Northeast and Southeast Chongqing.Based on the relationship between the actual level and the average level of conditional resources,subjective resources and developmental resources in each district and county,Chongqing preschool education is divided into eight types and four states,which objectively presents the gradient characteristics of Chongqing's preschool resources allocation.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the allocation of preschool education resources in Chongqing from the advantages and disadvantages of geographical location,per capita GDP level,the number of school-age population,the level of urbanization,the effect of policy formulation and implementation,and puts forward the guiding ideology,basic principles,basic ideas and basic models of optimizing the allocation of preschool education resources in Chongqing,especially the use of the theory of unbalanced development At the same time,it puts forward the point axis configuration mode,growth pole configuration mode and network configuration mode according to local conditions.
