The Study Of Causes And Countermeasures Of The Doctor-patient Conflicts From The Perspective Of Sociology

Doctor-patient Conflict is a kind of social interaction relationship between doctors and patients,which is a kind of disharmonious interpersonal relationship and affects the normal order of both sides work and life.The serious doctor-patient conflicts especially do harm to the physical and mental health of the medical staff,which is a kind of social conflict and has become a hot issue in our society.In view of the escalating of doctor-patient conflict,many experts and scholars have presented their views and opinions from different angles and put forward their own corrective measures.The government also issued a series of regulations,but they can not effectively curb the vicious doctor-patient conflict events and solve the conflict in essence.In order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,it is an urgent need to analyze the reasons of doctor-patient conflicts,especially to probe into its reasons in the social area,and to study the inducing factors of doctor-patient conflicts objectively and dialectically from the perspective of sociology.Thus,a set of scientific and reasonable intervention mechanism can be built to ease the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship and to create a safe harmonious environment for doctors and patients.Based on the theory of social interaction,conflict theory and control theory,this thesis makes an empirical study on the doctor-patient conflict in different hospitals in XX city.The method of questionnaire investigation of different levels of hospital doctors,nurses,patients and their families is used to know their general knowledge about doctor-patient conflicts.Interviews is used to have a in-depth understanding of views on the conflict between patient medical professionals and patients and the relevant law process to solve legal conflict between doctors and patients.By using questionnaire,interview and case study to analyze the current situation,degree,cause and treatment of the doctor-patient conflicts in XX city,the sources of Doctor-patient Conflict from patients,doctors,social and other factors are found.It is very important to research the doctor-patient conflicts in the social system and pay attentionto the prevention of the conflict,the dissolution in the medium term and the improvement in the later stage.And the harmonious doctor-patient relationship needs these three forces together.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part expounds the background,purpose and significance of the study,and literature review at home and abroad.The second part explains the theoretical research theories and methods of the study.The third part describes and analyzes the status of the doctor-patient conflicts.The fourth part summarizes the causes of the doctor-patient conflicts.The fifth part seeks countermeasures to resolve the doctor-patient conflicts effectively.The sixth part is the conclusion,deficiencies and enlightenment.Doctor-patient conflict is one of the most difficult social problems,and it can not be completely eliminated.But the social environment cannot be ignored.We should try to control occurrence causes of doctor-patient conflicts,eliminate the support carrier,correctly handle the doctor-patient conflicts,do a good job in dealing with the conflicts,and reduce the harm to the lowest.
