During theresearch, The author relies on AIDS prevention and control institutions to obtain the necessarymedical support in the course of study; To investigate the case of the Worried of AIDS who hadever experienced high-risk behavior or sexual misconduct and explore his/her specificcircumstances, then intervene in within the author’s ability; The author will use rational-emotivetherapy to ease the case’s negative emotions in the intervention process, and help he/she make aproper understanding of his/her behavior, at the same time, make full use of its own advantagesand resources around,encouraging the case to conquer fear itself, at last removal of fear bydetecting thoroughly. In the whole process, the author helped the case to solve the problem ofpsychological, besides he also particularly concerned about his/her level of social relations, tomake sure he/she will possess a healthy and positive attitude towards life.The author found that case method has a good effect to help cases to remove theunreasonable fear of AIDS, after summing up the intervention process and results analysis of8cases. The effects are as follows: the case’s negative mood had a good relief, the unreasonable fear of AIDS had been improved, social relationships back to normal, healthy and positiveattitudes toward life had been established. The author believes that it should improve theconsulting vulnerability of testing organizations, improve social attention for the Worried ofAIDS to give a scientific guidance timely, all of these have great significance in AIDS preventionand cure. At the same time, scientific and credible network consulting platform should beenestablished, which could let these special group find the correct entry point to solve theirproblem timely. The other thing touched the author is that sometimes the strength of the socialworkers alone can not help the depth of the Worried of AIDS, which requires the joint ofprofessional psychological counseling agencies, then give a all-round radical for the Worried ofAIDS to eliminate their negative psychological.
