Today, from a variety of news of media,it is not difficult to find the tragic eventsoccur frequently caused by less attention paid to new employees’ physical and mentalhealth,. Several of them are Fortune500companies which makes significantcontributions to Chinese economic.it also allows people began to ponder how companiesshould treat employees reasonably and handle the relationship between employees andemployees, staff and other members of management and employees and their familiessuccessfully. Since the new staff can not handle all kinds of working relationships andare not well adapted to the business environment,their adverse events are common insociety.so how to ease their mood, coordination and communication channels betweenbusinesses and new employees have not yet been standardized, is one of the importanttopics of social work business. There by it’s a great opportunity for social workers to helpemployees to solve the problem.This article is focused on new employees’ ability to adapt to their enterprise,according to several research in typical case of this enterprise, to understand the newemployees can not involve in the daily life in their enterprise, find the factor causing theirbad emotion, Then use professional social work methods try to resolve this discomfortwhile trying to find common methods used in more and more companies. This researchfocus on the treatment process, analyze the source of conflict using typical case. Using ofall forces, and multi-channel to help to achieve the desired goal, in order companies canprovide new employees a solid and comfortable environment.And employees canquickly involve in the work, help to improve efficiency. To some extent, help enterprisesto reduce labor disputes and conflicts between some employees, also to enhance internalstability, reduce turnover rate, while also provide the method how to manage newemployees. Last but not the least, it’ll help to establish social responsibility of companies,and to help the spread of brand value. In order to find the regular methods to help thecompanies deal with this kind of problems, social workers try to use the professionalmethods to summarize the cases.
