Due to the affection of international environment, the trend of global economic growth isslowing down and our country’s economy is in seeking a new balance. At the same time, thestandard which the employers select talent is higher and higher, so the employment rate is notoptimistic in many colleges and universities. With the in-depth study of entrepreneurshipeducation at home and abroad, domestic universities want to be able to draw on its research,introduce entrepreneurship education in the development of university education and lookforward to change the employment situation. But the research of domestic entrepreneurshipeducation model has yet to mature and achievements conversion rate is lower. Therefore, thestudy deep-seated pattern is constructed according to the existing problems in the currententrepreneurial education process as well as enterprises employing standard and draw domesticand foreign research. According to the current problems exist in the process of entrepreneurshipeducation and the enterprise standard of employing persons and the research results of domesticand overseas, structuring the entrepreneurship education model.In this thesis, college students entrepreneurship education mode based on virtual enterprise,there search focuses of this dissertation includes:First of all, it is surveyed that these questions which exist in the process of conductingentrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The questionnaire survey which from natural information, social relations, students’ overallquality, employment,entrepreneurial awareness to entrepreneurship education for universitystudents’ employment and entrepreneurship is conducted. And using SPSS statistical tools toanalyze about the obstacles of the college students’ employment and entrepreneurship in theeducation of colleges and universities and problems to be resolved which lay the foundation forthe entrepreneurship education model about virtual enterprise. The study finds that in the processof entrepreneurship education universal problems are: the weak of students’ entrepreneurshipeducation consciousness, teaching environment is still imperfect, single and boring teachingform, entrepreneurship education courses combine professional courses which lack ofcompactness, etc.Secondly, the thesis builds a entrepreneurship education quality evaluation system aboutvirtual enterprise.This thesis use for reference and widely collect metrics information by taking online surveys and expert survey method, in order to obtain evaluation index system of more reasonable andstandard. And researching the degree of building the virtual teaching environment from collegesand universities, enterprises, students to quality track, in turn setting indicator variables. Byusing analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method and establishing judgment matrix,analyzing the quantitative analysis of two indicators and constructing the virtual enterpriseentrepreneurship education quality evaluation system, ultimately, all indexes are ranked. Makinguse of the sorting results to distinguish relative importance of indexes and combining theproblems exist in the process of entrepreneurship education which is prepared for buildingentrepreneurial education mode of virtual enterprise.Thirdly, the thesis builds entrepreneurial education mode of virtual enterprise.This thesis puts the social benefits as a foothold, university-enterprise cooperation as theway, creates a virtual environment as a breakthrough point, fosters comprehensive talent as astarting point in order to make the mode of entrepreneurship education has value for universitystudents, using the data analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct information processing forproviding entrepreneurial education mode, and through the game model to analyze theimplementation process of virtual enterprise, and finally builds entrepreneurial education modeof virtual enterprise which taking the teaching environment of virtual enterprise and the value ofentrepreneurship education model as target.
